Where should the RV actually go?

Three jobs belong at a dealership and we will name them first. Everything else is usually faster at an independent shop, and the reason has nothing to do with who works harder. It is how the building is organized. Here is the honest version, including where we are the wrong answer.

01 · When the dealer is right

Three jobs
that are theirs.

We are an independent shop and we still send people to a dealer for these. If the RV falls in one of these three buckets, start there and do not let anybody talk you out of it.

02 · Why the wait is different

One queue
versus two.

The months-long RV service wait is a real thing and it is worth understanding rather than complaining about. It comes from how the work is organized, not from the technicians.

03 · How to compare any two shops

Five questions
on the phone.

Works on us, works on a dealer, works on the mobile tech with a truck. Ask all five and the answer usually picks itself.

04 · Where we are the wrong answer

Not every job
is ours.

An honest comparison has to include this part. If your job is on this list, a dealer or a specialist is the right call and we will say so on the phone.

If it is not warranty work, call us first

Tell us what the RV is doing. If the answer is that you should go to the dealer, we will tell you that instead of booking you.
