Master Tech RV Repair & Storage is owned and run by Mark Hembree and Carol Neu. Mark runs the shop floor and is the service advisor. Carol runs the office, customer service and the books. You talk to an owner, not a call center.

We started Master Tech in 2019 because Denver needed a place RV owners could actually trust. Too many shops let rigs sit for months before anyone touched them. Too many dealers upsold and under-explained. We wanted a counterpoint.
So we built one. Indoor storage and a certified repair bay under one roof. We get customers in immediately, we turn jobs quickly, we tell the truth about what's broken and what isn't. A lot of our customers become friends. That's the whole business plan.

- Founded September 2019We started as a mobile service. Today everything happens in our 11,000 square foot building at 6590 E 49th Ave in Commerce City, by appointment. We no longer do mobile service.
- Certified techniciansRVIA Master Certified, Victron Certified, Dometic Certified and Lippert Certified.
- House systems, Airstream firstElectrical, solar and lithium, plumbing and leaks, heating and air, appliances, slide-outs, awnings, roofs, hail and metal body work, plus trailer brakes, bearings and axles. Airstream is our specialty.
- What we turn downEngines, transmissions and chassis work, fiberglass of any kind, RVs over 40 feet or older than 20 years, and mobile or roadside service.
- Storage on siteIndoor and outdoor RV storage in the same building as the repair bay. Both lots are full right now, so we keep a wait list. See storage.
